PupPartners™ and Why It's Effective

PupPartners ™ started back in 2011 as part of a lean six sigma process improvement project launched at Animal Care Sanctuary (ACS) by Constance Dwyer. Each process from intake to adoption of shelter dogs at ACS was documented and then evaluated for improvement opportunities. PupPartners continues to grow and improve as is inherent in any process striving for excellence.
